   visitor's IP to Google before they had clicked anything - the arrangement a
   Munich court found breached the GDPR in 2022, on a site that serves a German
   locale. A consent banner is a poor fix: fonts load in the head, so gating
   them means unstyled text until someone clicks. Self-hosting removes the
   question and drops a third-party connection from every page.

   A SEPARATE FILE, not a <style> in the head, and that is load-bearing:
