Three flat plans, the agent included - and three promises about money.
Other tools charge $0.75–$2 every time their AI answers a customer. Here the agent’s work comes with the plan - a busy month never means a scary bill.
Every plan includes a monthly pool of AI credits, and you can always see what is left. Nothing is charged beyond it unless you choose to.
No auto-bumped tiers, no surprise add-ons, no quiet switch in how we count. Your plan changes when you change it.
$0 forever - the Free plan, honestly scoped. The shared inbox, live chat, knowledge base, and the agent with 300 AI credits a month; the widget carries inrelay branding. Not a trial, and nothing upgrades on its own.
Start freeMoving up is simple: your first teammate means Team · your second workspace means Studio · a bigger pool of AI credits comes included with Team · cancel anytime, export everything.
Start on Solo: the agent answers “where’s my order?” from live order lookup and drafts in your shop’s voice while you make things. When the first hire arrives, Team is the Store plan - assignment and collision detection, a sales concierge, and every channel your customers already use.
Ship help inside your app on Solo: the widget with your own launcher, a knowledge base your users read without leaving the product, and chat that falls back to email when you’re heads-down building. On Team, escalations route to the right person and the whole team works one inbox.
One simple ladder: how many people, and how many brands. The agent is on every plan - its pool of AI credits grows with the plan.

Per-resolution pricing bills you every time the vendor’s bot answers a customer: $0.99 at Intercom, $0.75 at Help Scout, about $1 at Gorgias - stacked on top of the ticket itself. It rewards the vendor most when no human is watching, and it turns your best month into your worst bill. One store’s documented Q4 bill went from $360 to $1,098.
We price the other way around. Plans are flat. The agent’s work is included, drawn from a monthly pool of AI credits you can always see. The only shape where our incentive is simply that your inbox runs calm.
Every plan includes a monthly pool of AI credits. What draws from it: a bot reply to a customer uses 1 credit, a reply draft 1, a conversation summary 1, a customer profile 1, a Copilot question 2 (the daily Today digest counts as one), and generating a help center from your site 100 - your first run is free. In the help center, a writing-assistant command, a translation of an article into one language, a brand-voice analysis and a drafted suggested article each use 1. A summary or profile shown again from cache is free - credits are used only when the AI actually does the work, and work on your own AI key uses none. Summaries are made automatically when you open a conversation; turn automatic summaries off per workspace and a Generate summary button makes one when you want it. Conversations, seats, channels, messages and customers are never metered. We warn you at 80%. When credits run out, the AI pauses and nothing breaks: the bot hands every chat to your team, automatic drafts stop, and no message is ever dropped. On a paid plan you can top up with a credit pack - +1,000 credits for $15 or +5,000 for $65 - or let it rest until next month. Pack credits roll over: your plan’s monthly credits are used first, and pack credits stay until they are used; auto top-up is off unless you turn it on, and capped at the number of packs a month you choose. There is no overage fee, nothing is charged unless you choose to, and nothing upgrades on its own.
