Terms of service
The agreement between your team and inrelay - what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you.
The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and LabiOffice Inc. (“LabiOffice”, “we”, “us”), the company that operates inrelay. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
The service
inrelay is a shared inbox: it connects your support channels, and an AI agent triages conversations, drafts replies, and routes threads to teammates. Drafts are suggestions: by default a person on your team approves every message before it sends. If you turn on Autopilot, the agent sends some replies on its own - refunds, upset customers and VIPs always wait for a person - and the optional chatbot answers live-chat visitors directly. Your team is responsible for the messages sent from its workspace, including those Autopilot and the chatbot send.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for what happens in your workspaces. Each workspace has an owner who controls membership, billing, and deletion.
Your content
Your conversations, contacts, notes, and knowledge base belong to you. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service - storing your content, sending it to the vendors listed at /subprocessors, and processing it as described in the privacy policy. We claim no other rights to it.
Acceptable use
Do not use inrelay to send spam, break the law, infringe others’ rights, or probe or disrupt the service. Channel connections must respect the terms of the connected platform.
Billing
Paid plans are billed per account. Current plans and prices are on the pricing page.
Termination
You can cancel at any time; we can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms. After termination you can export your data for a limited window before deletion.
Disclaimers and liability
Section to be supplied by counsel.
